For us, it was ideal.

The rooms are set around a central, covered courtyard with padded mats and cushions, perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. The rooftop bar offers a communal seating arrangement, encouraging socializing. Group dinners are available at an additional cost and free drinking water is provided. The beds are comfortable and equipped with lights and plug sockets. The hostel is conveniently located near the center of town without the noise.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and offered helpful tips for exploring the area. The hostel had plenty of clean bathrooms, and the rooftop was a perfect place to relax in the hammocks. The daily breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh food prepared by the kitchen staff. I had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

The noise can be an issue. The reception plays music early in the morning when most guests are still sleeping, and some guests were allowed to be loud on the rooftop late at night.

One downside is that the hostel has no sign, making it a bit tricky to find at first. the staff can be a bit strict, as they enforce a curfew by closing the bar at 11pm and restricting noise in the common areas.

As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the spacious kitchen and the ability to store our private food items. The big, comfortable beds with curtains provided privacy, and the dorm room was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The staff was flexible, helpful, and created a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the rooftop bar and the chance to meet Rocko, the friendly four-legged 'owner'.

The location was also perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. one of the best hostels we've ever stayed in, perfect for solo travelers.
